Ture Sjöberg, originally started collecting records and DJ'ing in the late 80's. After listening to hip hop and house music he started looking for the original source to all the great tracks. An ocean of of great soul, funk and disco tunes were waiting around the corner, well actually at fleamarkets and recordfairs. Hours and money were spent in huge amounts.

After combining a couple of years at university (masters degree in social science) combined with recordcollecting and DJ'ing he began making re-edits of discotracks. Starting out with a common PC and a demo version of Cubase, Ture was on the right track.

- One of the first re-edits I was really satified with was Lorraine Johnson's "Feed the flame" on Prelude. Never released, yet anyway.

After digging through a lot of brazilian music he did a semihouse mix of a song that became "Jogando Capoeira" - a rework that became a bestseller and one of the most famous tracks released on the Raw Fusion label. The b-side was another club hit callade "Cookin", which was very popular among DJ's like Bobbito and Gilles Peterson.

Southside Connection was another project released on Raw Fusion and Ture came to create many new aliases. He has also worked with such grand producers as Yam Who and Freddie Cruger.

His greatest release and most famous one was the grandioso mashup/remix called "Crazy In Kingston". A bootyremix of one of the 2003 best selling R&B tracks. Replacing the original rhytm with a infectious reggae/rocksteady rhythm made this remix into a certified winner in many clubs around the world.

The much awaited debut album by Beatfanatic was released in late spring 2004. It was the bestselling vinyl album on Piccadilly Records for a long time. The track that received the best attention was "Deep Love" and the intro for the album is now beeing used on a swedish MTV show!
